The Sandton Palace Hotel designed the Programme to provide travel agents with an opportunity to visit and gain first-hand knowledge about Sandton facilities and services.
Reservations for the Travel Agent Orientation Program can be made via on-line reservations or e-mail quoting the Travel agent number.

Restrictions and requirements:
- Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance.
- Rates subject to availability.
- At the time of check-in, travel agent identification is required( IATAN etc..) or both a business card and letter of introduction ( on the travel agency’s letterhead, identifying member credentials and signed by the agency manager) must be provided.
A welcome letter from the general manager of Sandton, as well as a self-guided tour of the hotel facilities will be provided to each travel agent guest
Sandton Commission Payment Program
 Sandton Hotel pays commissions to retail travel agencies booking reservations in most categories, including Rack, corporate/contract, or Government.
Commission Payments in local currency of the hotel. Detailed statement indicating the guest name, dates of stay, arrival and departure dates, room rate and commission detailed for each reservation.
Please provide the following information:
- Guest name
- Hotel name and address
- Arrival and departure dates
- Confirmation number.
